For security purposes, our web servers automatically retrieve and log information regarding the IP address of visitors to our web sites.  This is standard industry practice.

We collect and retain information volunteered by site visitors in surveys and/or site registrations.  We normally do not retain the personal information of those who communicate with us via e-mail unless the e-mail exchange is part of an ongoing or possible business arrangement.

The information we collect is used by us:

• to notify you about updates to our web site

Detailed information about our customers and web site visitors will never be shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by contacting us and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

Whether we find their products useful or not, we will NOT make our customer e-mail list available to other organizations.

We're not in the direct-mail or phone-solicitation business.  Unless the information is required for billing or similar purposes, we will not ask you for your mailing address or phone number.  We will treat your mailing address with the same respect we reserve for your e-mail address.

We reserve the right to share statistical information about our visitors, but only where it does not reveal the identities of any individuals.
